The results of an adequate assessment the socio-economic state and directions development any region are necessary for both regional federal authorities. choice a right strategy improving quality standard living population given depends on this assessment. authors propose new approach to obtaining static dynamic picture implementation policy in region, which directly affects its population. Widely used approaches based calculation one integral indicator or comparison particular indicators region’s do not allow us obtain consistent objective development. proposed is analysis trajectory “movement” space two coordinates that objectively reflect An “average per capita income population” selected assess living, “life expectancy at birth” life.
